Founded in 2019, Ennoble Social Innovation Foundation is a Section 8 Non-profit organization dedicated to transforming Indian government schools into conducive learning ecosystems that become the preferred choice of the community.
This holistic approach combines school infrastructure revamp with teacher capacity building to deliver on Competency-Based Education. Our Holistic School Transformation Program (HST) is India’s most inspiring grassroots model of public education reform—led by teachers, owned by communities, and aligned with government systems, that has successfully impacted over 150 schools and 75000 students.
At the heart of our work is a School Assessment and Transformation Framework that helps us understand where government schools need support the most. By identifying gaps, prioritizing needs, and addressing them step by step, we work towards turning these schools into true model institutions.
