There are two methods we use to choose our project and project site. One is, we propose a cluster that may be faced with poor learning outcomes or be lacking proper infrastructure or both. For our second method we pick the school and area identified by our partner organisation. and their preference for the aforementioned programs which they may want to work on.

From planning stage to the completion of the project we ensure that every step is well monitored. Our team works in tandem with the funding agency and implementation partners to ensure fair processes. Our team also visits project area regularly to assess project progress. Meetings to collect feedback are organised with the beneficiaries such as- staff members, parents, children, and the community members.

Ennoble focuses on developing child-friendly schools following guidelines set by the UNICEF and the Indian government. These schools are accessible to children with disabilities. However, we do not currently have specialised programs for special education schools.
Among its development work, Ennoble focuses on girl-child friendly schools. We have revamped girls school in the past. Additionally, we revamp co-ed schools in a way that they are sensitive to the needs of the girl students. Our development work for girl-child friendly school includes revamping sanitation facilities, painting women inspirational figures and messages of sexual awareness, installing playscapes and building makers lab.
